Kumon Instructor Conference 2025

Kumon Vietnam is delighted to announce the successful organization of the Kumon Instructor Conference held on May 21, 2025. The event featured distinguished guests, including Mr. Ikuya Yagi, President of Kumon Asia and Oceania; Mr. Nomura Ippei, representative from Kumon Japan; Mr. Futatsuki Toshihide, General Director of Kumon Vietnam; Mr. Chiba Takamichi, General Director of Logitem Vietnam; and Mr. Rei Imazu, Deputy General Director and Head of the HCM Branch of Logitem Vietnam. Over 230 members attended, including main instructors, representatives from all centers nationwide, and all Kumon office staff.

The conference served not only as a platform for networking, exchanging ideas, and learning from one another but also as an opportunity to recognize and commend centers with outstanding achievements in 2024. Additionally, it allowed us to express gratitude to our franchise partners who have trusted and supported Kumon in our mission to bring the benefits of our Method to more children.

Opening the conference, Mr. Ikuya Yagi shared the Kumon Group’s development orientation for the coming years, emphasizing the “Faster, Higher, Longer” guidance direction that Kumon is pursuing. Mr. Chiba Takamichi, representing Logitem Vietnam, discussed the collaborative efforts between Logitem Vietnam and Kumon Vietnam, thanking Kumon for their support over the years.

Following the speeches from the Board of Directors and esteemed guests, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhan, representative of KUMON Nguyen Truong To Center, presented her center’s guidance orientation for young students. Her insightful remarks sparked enthusiastic discussions among representatives from various centers and departments, creating a vibrant atmosphere for the conference. Later, the Online Guidance Center (VCOC) highlighted the advantages of the KUMON CONNECT application in student guidance. This discussion reaffirmed Kumon’s strong commitment to educational innovation, balancing modern advancements while preserving the core values of our Method.

The conference concluded with inspiring reflections from Mr. Futatsuki and Mr. Nomura. We are confident that the valuable teaching experiences shared during this event will motivate instructors to enhance their guiding abilities and foster a robust Kumon Vietnam community, ultimately benefiting our Kumon students even further.
