1. ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR FOR ENGLISH FOR JAPANESE STUDENTS IN JAPANESE

Job description:

• Instruct students in Kumon Method entirely on tablets in Japanese and English (when necessary)
• Sharing the learning situation with students and parents in Japanese
• Participate in Kumon Method training courses
• Always update and apply new functions from Kumon tutorial system
• Conduct the diagnostic test and nurture students to the fullest
• Analyse the student’s situation to come up with an individual study plan for each student

Working time: 

• 05 days/week (Sunday off & one day of the week)
• Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 19:00
• Saturday: 08:30 – 17:30

Working location: 

• 52 Truong Quoc Dung, Ward 10, Phu Nhuan District, HCM City

Job requirements:

2. ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR FOR MATH

Job description:

Support Kumon Method instruction for students, details:

• Perform pre-learning preparation: grading homework, prepare assignments for students
• Attend coaching courses on instruction skills to become a preparatory resource for the Class Instructor position
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the center manager

Working time: 

• 05 days/week (Sunday off & one day of the week)
• Monday – Friday: 13:00 – 20:30
• Saturday: 8:30 – 17:30

Job requirements:

3. ADMINISTRATIVE RECEPTIONIST

Job description:

• Welcome parents and children coming to class, receiving incoming calls
• Information consultation and be able to give direct answer for client’s question
• Collect tuition fee by software
• Manage letters, notices, stationery and student data
• Other administrative tasks to support for Center and Company headquarter

Working time: 

• 05 days/week (Sunday off & one day of the week)
• Monday – Friday: 13:00 – 20:30
• Saturday: 08:30 – 17:30

4. MARKING FULL-TIME

Job description:

• Marke assignments as assigned by the manager
• Record and report incidents related to Class Navi, Kumon App
• Study the content and grading methods in all levels (Math, EFL) of the Kumon Method
• Participate in skills training courses and update grading methods
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
• Have the opportunity to learn/obverse the Worksheet as well as how to instruct students according to the Kumon Method
• Make efforts to know Kumon in order to know the meaning of grading itself

Working time: 

• 05 days/week (Sunday off & one day of the week)
• Monday – Saturday: 08:00 – 17:00

5. MARKING PART-TIME

Job description:

• Grade assignments, save students’ learning results
• Attend training courses on how to mark papers according to the Kumon Method
• Other support jobs under the guidance of the Center Manager

Working time: 

• Freely register working day of week
• Monday – Friday: 16:30 – 20:30 or 17:00 – 20:00
• Saturday: 09:00 – 12:00 or 13:00 – 17:00

• All Kumon centers in Ho Chi Minh City
